    About This Vessel

    Arumi is a 27-metre phinisi offering one-way shared crossings between Lombok and Labuan Bajo. Its seven air-conditioned cabins accommodate up to 20 guests. Every cabin has an ensuite bathroom, with a choice of balcony, ocean-facing, lower-deck and shared accommodation.

    Cabins

    The six booking categories are Master Ocean Balcony, Deluxe Full Ocean 01, Deluxe Full Ocean 02, Private Cabin 01 & 02, Share Cabin 01 and Share Cabin 02. The private category represents two separate cabins. The Master and Deluxe 01 can take an extra guest; select the actual sleeping arrangement and extra-bed charge with your provider.

    Life onboard

    Meals are served in the indoor dining area. Outside, loungers, shaded seating and a sundeck provide space between island visits. Supplier-listed equipment includes a tender, snorkeling gear, life rafts, life jackets, ring buoys, fire extinguishers and a first-aid kit. Wi-Fi is listed by a supplier; coverage at sea can vary.

    Lombok to Labuan Bajo runs for 4 days and 3 nights, with Kayangan as the embarkation harbour. The published route visits Kenawa, Saleh Bay, Tambora Beach and Komodo National Park before Manjarite and Kelor near Labuan Bajo.

    Labuan Bajo to Lombok is a separate 4D3N product. Published stops include Padar, Komodo, Pink Beach, Manta Point and Sumbawa before Kayangan. Saleh Bay and Kenawa depend on the selected departure and operating conditions. An optional night aboard after arriving in Lombok is offered separately; it does not change the main 4D3N crossing.

    All prices here are cabin bookings on a shared vessel. A private cabin does not reserve the whole boat. Choose a direction, cabin and departure together. Westbound departure patterns differ between published suppliers, so confirm the actual sailing day before arranging flights.

        • The final SiOra total can include entrance, activity, vessel and special-use charges. Ask the handling operator for an itemised total before issuance.
        • Official public guidance does not state one universal refund or rescheduling rule for every reservation. Confirm the current SiOra terms in writing before the ticket is issued, including treatment of weather disruption.

        Statutory fees under Peraturan Pemerintah No. 36 Tahun 2024, in force since 30 October 2024. Verified 31 August 2026 against the official PP 36/2024 schedule, the Ministry of Forestry SiOra notice and the Ministry’s 2026 quota notice.         Are Arumi's cabins ensuite?

        Yes. All seven cabins are published with private ensuite bathrooms. Six booking categories cover those seven cabins; Private Cabin 01 & 02 represents two separate rooms.

        Is Arumi a private charter?

        The listed 4D3N products are shared/open trips. A private sleeping cabin does not reserve the entire boat.

        Does Arumi sail in both directions?

        Yes: Kayangan, Lombok to Labuan Bajo and Labuan Bajo to Kayangan are separately documented 4D3N crossings. Fares, transfers and stops differ by direction.

        Which departure days are published?

        Eastbound is published on Saturdays. Westbound sources disagree between Tuesday and Saturday; request the actual confirmed sailing day before booking onward travel.

        Can I stay aboard after arriving in Lombok?

        A supplier offers an optional extra night after the westbound arrival, described as 4D4N. It requires confirmation and is separate from the 4D3N crossing shown on the tour page.

        Can one person book a private cabin?

        Private categories have a two-person charging minimum. Ask for a solo-use quote; do not assume that the per-person fare is the full cabin price. The eastbound supplier also states a two-person booking minimum for shared categories.

        Are fees and transfers included?

        The cited supplier includes stated Komodo and whale-shark admission, meals and snorkeling equipment. Transfer coverage differs by direction. Confirm any fee changes and extras on your invoice.

        What are Arumi's payment and cancellation terms?

        The cited agency generally requires a 30% deposit, with 50% for some boats, and balance 14 days before departure. Passenger cancellation retains the deposit 15 or more days out and charges the full total within 15 days. Confirm the Arumi-specific deposit and read the agency terms before payment.
