    Menami offers both private sleeping cabins and shared beds on the same shared cruise. Choose a cabin for more privacy, while keeping in mind that bathrooms are shared. Snorkeling and island walks form the main activities; discuss mobility, seasickness and non-swimmer support with the operator before booking.

    About This Vessel

    Menami is a 32-metre deluxe crossing boat sold by Golden Island Cruises. Published fleet information lists capacity for up to 34 guests, six accommodation categories and air conditioning in every cabin. Bathrooms and showers are shared, including for guests in private sleeping cabins.

    Sleeping options

    Choose Deluxe Cabin, Standard Cabin, Private Cabin Down Deck, Bunk Bed Single, Bunk Bed Double or Sharing Cabin. Deluxe and Standard rooms have double beds on the main deck. The private down-deck room has a double bed below; bunk options are on the upper deck. The main-deck Sharing Cabin is published with six single beds.

    Life onboard

    Menami has indoor and outdoor dining, a kitchen, shaded relaxation space and a sundeck. The operator lists Starlink Wi-Fi, room charging, masks and snorkels, life jackets, a life raft, rescue boat, fire extinguishers, flares and first-aid equipment. Internet service and island activities remain subject to operating conditions.

    Two different 4D3N routes

    Lombok to Labuan Bajo departs on the published Saturday pattern. After transfers to Kayangan, the itinerary visits Kenawa, Saleh Bay and Tambora Sea, followed by Komodo, Pink Beach, Padar, Manjarite and Kelor.

    Labuan Bajo to Lombok follows the published Tuesday pattern. The operator's westbound brochure visits Padar, Komodo, Pink Beach and Manta Point, then Satonda Lake and Moyo's Senggalo waterfall before Kenawa and Kayangan. Saleh Bay is not listed in this westbound brochure.

    Booking Menami

    A private cabin is accommodation on a shared trip. It is not a whole-boat charter. Prices differ by direction and cabin. The operator publishes a minimum fuel adjustment of IDR 300,000 per passenger; obtain the actual final charge before payment.

    Information checked on 11 October 2026 against Golden Island Cruises' Menami profile and its named eastbound and westbound brochures. Sources list six cabin categories but do not establish the exact number of physical cabins. Live cabin availability and vessel condition have not been independently inspected.

        • The final SiOra total can include entrance, activity, vessel and special-use charges. Ask the handling operator for an itemised total before issuance.
        • Official public guidance does not state one universal refund or rescheduling rule for every reservation. Confirm the current SiOra terms in writing before the ticket is issued, including treatment of weather disruption.

        Statutory fees under Peraturan Pemerintah No. 36 Tahun 2024, in force since 30 October 2024. Verified 31 August 2026 against the official PP 36/2024 schedule, the Ministry of Forestry SiOra notice and the Ministry’s 2026 quota notice. Amounts are payable in rupiah; dollar figures are courtesy estimates converted at Rp 17,900 and rounded.

        Does a private Menami cabin have its own bathroom?

        No. Private cabins offer a separate sleeping room, while the boat's toilets and showers are shared. This applies to Deluxe, Standard and Down Deck cabins as well as shared beds.

        How many cabin categories does Menami offer?

        Six: Deluxe, Standard, Private Cabin Down Deck, Bunk Bed Single, Bunk Bed Double and Sharing Cabin. Six categories do not establish the total number of physical rooms.

        Does Menami sail both directions?

        Yes. Published 4D3N products run Kayangan, Lombok to Labuan Bajo on the Saturday pattern and Labuan Bajo to Kayangan on the Tuesday pattern. Confirm the selected departure.

        Does the westbound trip visit whale sharks?

        The named westbound brochure lists Padar, Komodo, Pink Beach, Manta Point, Satonda, Moyo and Kenawa. It does not list Saleh Bay. The eastbound itinerary includes Saleh Bay, subject to conditions and wildlife availability.

        Why do fares differ from the brochure?

        Listed starting fares add the operator's announced minimum IDR 300,000 fuel adjustment to brochure prices. Its notice applies to all scheduled trips until further notice; the actual surcharge can be higher. Confirm your final direction-specific total.

        Is Starlink available onboard?

        The operator lists Starlink Wi-Fi. Connection and uptime at sea can vary, so do not rely on uninterrupted service.

        What should I bring?

        Bring identification, swimwear, suitable walking shoes, sun protection, personal medicines and toiletries. Confirm towel provision because published pages differ. Fins, specialist swim gear, personal travel insurance and optional Satonda kayaking are separate.

        What are Menami's payment and cancellation terms?

        Golden Island Cruises publishes a 50% deposit and balance seven days before departure. Cancellation wording overlaps for the period within 30 days; obtain the exact refund terms for your sailing in writing. Read the operator terms before paying.
