LASHA is a 52.5-metre, 466 GT luxury phinisi built in 2023 from ulin ironwood and teak. The vessel began its first public Komodo season from Labuan Bajo in August 2026 and accommodates up to 26 overnight guests in ten ensuite cabins across four decks.
The cabin plan consists of two Deluxe twin cabins for two guests each, two Grand Deluxe cabins with twin beds and an extra berth, four Junior Suite Balcony cabins—two with an optional extra bed—and two Master Suites with a private balcony and in-suite jacuzzi bathtub. All cabins have a marble ensuite bathroom with rain shower. Base occupancy is 20 guests; the six extra beds raise the maximum to 26.
LASHA operates only as a whole-boat private charter. The shortest published Komodo program is 2 days and 1 night, starting at $13,900 for 1–14 paying guests. Standard multi-night leisure charters start at $10,800 per night with a two-night minimum. Rates increase with the number of paying guests; park fees of $25–$35 per person and any applicable relocation fee are charged separately.
The ship's guest areas include a lounge and restaurant, bar, living room, sun deck, stern chill area, swim deck, open-air jacuzzi and dedicated dive deck. Published routes cover Komodo, Alor, Sumbawa, Lombok and Bali, with longer seasonal expeditions to Raja Ampat and the Banda Sea.
