Taba

Taba is TA’AKTANA’s rooftop grill and restaurant, named for the Manggarai word for “fire.” The menu is built around open-flame cooking and robata technique, with locally sourced seafood, hand-cut Wagyu and organic vegetables. Dinner runs nightly on the rooftop, with private dining available for hosted occasions and larger parties.
