Sukha Sail 2 works the standard Komodo National Park circuit out of Labuan Bajo, sold in lengths from 2D1N to 7D6N.
The published stop list covers Sebayur, Batu Bolong, Kelor, Kanawa, Siaba, Manjarite, Padar, Pink Beach, Komodo and Rinca for the ranger walks, Taka Makassar and Manta Point at Karang Makassar, with Kalong for the sunset bat flight.
It is a trekking and snorkelling route rather than a dive route, and because the boat is chartered whole, the order of stops is set with the operator rather than fixed by a schedule.
A future programme is published. Confirm launch, departures and availability before making travel plans.

Suits: groups of ten to twenty-five who want one boat to themselves. The three identical Cendrawasih cabins plus two Merak Suites make it easy to seat a group of six on equal terms and still give the organisers the best rooms.
Also works for: families who want a brand-new hull with 2026 fit-out, and anyone who values a bar, karaoke and a full-beam sun deck over dive infrastructure.
Less suited to: divers, since there is no compressor or tank storage; solo travellers, because the only sharing cabin has no published berth count and no private bathroom; and small parties of two to four, who pay the full ten-guest base rate either way.
Sukha Sail 2 is a 40-metre phinisi launched in 2026 and sold as a whole-boat charter out of Labuan Bajo. She is the larger of the two vessels marketed under the Sukha Sail name, and the published accommodation plan is unusually granular for a boat this new: ten cabins split across five named types, nine of them with their own bathroom.
Power is the part of the specification worth reading twice. Two Weichai WD10 main engines of 240 horsepower each drive her to a maximum of 10 knots and a working 7, while the hotel side runs off a single Cummins 20 kVA silent generator backed by a 6,000 Wp solar array and a 20 kVA lithium battery bank. Ten tonnes of fresh water and ten tonnes of fuel are carried, and navigation covers radar, GPS, sonar, AIS and paper charts.
Guest space is arranged around an air-conditioned indoor dining room, a bar with television and karaoke, and a sun deck that runs the full beam for open views. Two Yamaha-powered tenders handle transfers, and the water-toy inventory includes snorkelling equipment, paddleboards, a banana boat and rubber boats. There is no compressor, no tank storage and no dive rate card, so she is a snorkelling and island-hopping boat rather than a dive platform.
Charter rates run from 2D1N to 7D6N. The base bracket covers one to ten guests and every guest above that is charged per head, up to a charter maximum of twenty-five. The vessel specification quotes thirty berths, so the difference between the berth count and the charter ceiling is worth confirming in writing before booking a large group.
Two Merak Suites, the top accommodation on board. Each takes two guests on a queen bed and is the only cabin type published with both a private balcony and a bathtub, alongside the ensuite bathroom and sea view.
Two Elang Deluxe cabins laid out with twin single beds for two guests, each with its own bathroom and a sea-view window. The twin configuration makes these the practical rooms for friends or colleagues sharing.
Three Cendrawasih Master cabins, each for two guests on a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom and a sea view. This is the largest single block of identical cabins on board, which is what makes the boat workable for a group of six travelling on equal terms.
Two Merpati Deluxe cabins with king beds and ensuite bathrooms. The published difference from the other private cabins is the outlook: porthole light rather than a sea-view window.

Because the two figures come from different lines of the same source. The vessel specification quotes thirty berths across ten cabins, while the charter terms cap a booking at twenty-five people. Treat twenty-five as the number you can actually contract for and ask the operator to confirm the difference in writing if you are planning a larger group.
Nine of the ten do. The Merak Suites, Elang Deluxe, Cendrawasih Master and Merpati Deluxe cabins are all listed with private bathrooms. The Maleo Sharing cabin is the exception and uses a shared bathroom.
No. There is no compressor, no tank storage and no diving rate card in the published material. The water-sports inventory is snorkelling gear, paddleboards, a banana boat and rubber boats, so she is a snorkelling and island-hopping boat.
Two Weichai WD10 main engines rated at 240 horsepower each, a maximum of 10 knots and a cruising speed of 7. Hotel power comes from one Cummins 20 kVA silent generator supported by a 6,000 Wp solar array and a 20 kVA lithium battery bank. Fresh water and fuel are each carried at ten tonnes.
Several fields are deliberately left blank here rather than guessed: crew number, hull material, deck plan, internet or Starlink availability, check-in times, cancellation terms, life-raft count and minimum guests to depart. The watermaker figure is published as “300 litres per minute”, which is almost certainly a typo for per hour. Ask for all of these in the written quotation.
Accommodation on board, all meals, mineral water, coffee and tea, snorkelling equipment, life vests, a professional guide, pick-up from a hotel or the airport on the Labuan Bajo mainland, and raw drone, GoPro and mirrorless footage of the trip. Excluded are crew gratuities, flights, personal expenses, alcohol and other beverages, personal snacks, Komodo National Park fees and drone permit fees.
The rate table lists shared-trip accommodation and private whole-boat packages. A private cabin on a shared departure is different from chartering the entire vessel. See Rates & Packages in Cabins & Pricing for trip lengths, units and conditions. Confirm the chosen departure and cabin allocation before payment.
