Ciela sails the classic Komodo circuit from Labuan Bajo. Shared 3D2N trips combine Kelor, Manjarite and Kalong with Padar, Pink Beach, Komodo Island, Taka Makassar, Manta Point and a final snorkeling stop. Private charters use the same core operating area with more flexibility around timing, overnight anchorages and optional stops.
Ciela is particularly practical for families and friend groups because all four cabins have private bathrooms but the sleeping layouts are very different. Padar and Seraya offer balcony rooms, while Sabolo and Kanawa can handle larger family or group configurations using bunks.
Ciela is a 28-metre deluxe phinisi built for Komodo cruising, with four air-conditioned ensuite cabins and a published maximum capacity of 15 guests. The vessel was built in 2019 using ironwood and teak, with a 5.2-metre beam, Mitsubishi 6D22 diesel main engine, Japanese Yanmar power generation and a Yamaha 40 HP dinghy.
The four physical cabins have clearly different layouts. Padar Room sleeps up to four with a queen bed plus two extra beds, private balcony and sea view. Seraya Room sleeps up to three with a queen bed, one extra bed and private balcony. Sabolo Room sleeps up to four using a queen bed plus two single bunks. Kanawa Room is the dedicated bunk room with four single bunks. All four cabins have private bathrooms and air conditioning.
Ciela is leisure-focused, with an indoor dining room, shaded sun deck, snorkeling equipment, paddleboard, sound system and beanbag lounge areas. Navigation information includes Garmin GPS, radar, echo sounder, SSB radio and mapping equipment. Published safety equipment includes life rafts, life jackets, lifebuoys, fire extinguishers and first-aid equipment.
The vessel is sold both as a private charter and on shared Komodo departures. Shared 3D2N programs combine Kelor, Manjarite and Kalong with Padar, Pink Beach, Komodo Island, Taka Makassar, Manta Point and a final reef stop. Private charters are published from 2D1N through 4D3N.
Master-style cabin for up to four guests with queen bed plus two extra beds, private balcony, sea view, air conditioning and private bathroom.
