Derya operates short Komodo circuits from Labuan Bajo. Shared 3D2N departures typically combine trekking on Padar and Komodo Island with Pink Beach, Manta Point, Taka Makassar and smaller snorkeling or sunset stops. Private charters can use the same core route with a more flexible sequence. Weather, sea state and park operations determine the final order.
Derya suits families and mixed groups that want several room types on a compact boat. The Padar master is clearly the premium cabin, while Komodo offers a private ensuite double and the Rinca and Kanawa rooms trade bathroom privacy for lower-cost shared-trip inventory. It is designed around leisure cruising rather than dedicated scuba diving.
Derya is a 22-metre Komodo phinisi operated within the Akassa Project fleet. The operator publishes a four-cabin layout built around small-group leisure cruising, with a 4.5-metre beam, Mitsubishi 6D16 main engine and a cruising speed around 6 to 7 knots. Current sales material places practical overnight capacity around 12 guests, while some reseller tables show 13 with an extra-bed arrangement; this listing uses 12 as the conservative published working capacity.
The cabin mix is deliberately varied. Padar Master Cabin is the premium sea-view room, sleeping two to four guests with a private balcony, bathtub and ensuite bathroom. Komodo Private Cabin sleeps two with a double bed and private bathroom. Rinca Private Cabin sleeps two with a double bed and shared bathroom, while Kanawa Shared Cabin sleeps up to four and also uses a shared bathroom. Air conditioning is provided throughout the guest accommodation.
Derya is leisure-focused rather than a specialist dive boat. Published equipment includes a tender, kayak, stand-up paddleboard, snorkeling gear and floaties. Navigation information lists Garmin GPS, radar, SSB radio and an echo sounder, while published safety equipment includes life jackets, lifebuoys, fire extinguishers and first-aid supplies.
The boat is sold both as a whole-vessel private charter and on scheduled shared 3D2N departures from Labuan Bajo. Typical Komodo programs combine Padar, Pink Beach, Komodo Island, Manta Point and Taka Makassar with smaller islands and snorkeling stops. Route order depends on sea conditions and park operations.
