    The home ground and the cheaper of her two regions, sold as leisure or diving charters from three to nine days. The leisure route covers Kelor, Manjarite and the Kalong sunset on day one; Padar at first light, Pink Beach, the Komodo Island dragon trek, Taka Makassar and Manta Point on day two; a final snorkel before returning to port. Diving charters run three to four dives a day with tanks and weight belt from a dedicated dive deck. Pricing is perfectly linear at IDR 26,000,000 per extra night for one to eight guests, so the nine-day charter costs three times the three-day one.

    Alor

    Sold on a second rate card alongside Bali, Sumbawa and Selayar, starting at four days rather than three. The premium over Komodo is substantial: IDR 144,000,000 against IDR 104,000,000 for the same four-day leisure charter with one to eight guests. Alor is a serious dive destination with cooler water and stronger currents, and Maipa Deapati carries oxygen, DIN or Yoke valves and a dedicated diving tender for it.

    Sumbawa

    Sumbawa appears on the second rate card alongside Alor, Bali and Selayar, rather than on the standard Komodo departures. The crater lake at Satonda, the slopes off Sangeang and the bays around Moyo are the stops. This is cruising rather than diving, and on a boat where every extra night costs a flat rate, extending west is the cheapest way to add days.

    Who This Suits

    Suits: divers who want more than Komodo. She is the only boat in this tier with published pricing for Alor, Bali, Sumbawa and Selayar, and the dive fit-out is serious: dive deck, dedicated diving tender, gear rental, DIN or Yoke valve fittings and oxygen carried as standard. Charters run to nine days on every card.

    Also works for: groups of three sharing. Four of the six cabins take three guests on a double plus a single, which is more triple capacity than anything else in this tier, and at IDR 104,000,000 for a four-day Komodo charter she is among the cheapest boats per night in the Luxury batch.

    Less suited to: anyone booking a long trip on price, or wanting a balcony. The Komodo leisure card charges a flat IDR 26,000,000 per night with no discount for length, so the nine-day trip is exactly three times the three-day one. No cabin has private outdoor space, and at seven knots she is the slowest boat in this tier.

    About This Vessel

    Maipa Deapati is a 32.5-metre Buginese schooner built at Tanah Beru in 2017 from ironwood, registered at 73 gross tons. She is the first boat in this tier that sails beyond Komodo as a published product rather than on request: the rate card carries separate pricing for Alor, Bali, Sumbawa and Selayar alongside the park itself.

    Six cabins, sixteen guests, and the deck plan is published in full. Two cabins on the upper deck, each with a double bed plus a single for three guests. Four on the lower deck: two more three-person cabins with a double and a single, and two straight doubles. All six are ensuite with hot showers, and there are seven bathrooms on board for six cabins.

    She is properly equipped for diving. The specification lists a dive deck, a dedicated tender for diving, gear rental, and DIN or Yoke valve fittings, which matters if you bring your own regulator. Oxygen is carried as standard, which very few boats in this tier list at all.

    Navigation and safety run to radar, depth sounder, GPS, VHF, DSC and SSB radio, emergency rafts, life vests, fire extinguishers, a search light, first aid kits and marine charts.

All are per group in rupiah across three bands: one to eight, nine to twelve, and thirteen to sixteen guests.

      Komodo leisure: 3D2N IDR 78,000,000, 84,000,000 and 90,000,000. 4D3N 104, 112 and 120 million. Then 130, 156, 182, 208 and 234 million for the base band through to 9D8N.

      Komodo diving: 3D2N IDR 114,000,000, 120,000,000 and 126,000,000, rising to 324, 342 and 360 million at 9D8N.
