    Athira’s Komodo work is the 3D2N open trip from Labuan Bajo, departing Friday. Published stops are Padar Island for the viewpoint trek, Pink Beach, the ranger walk on Komodo, Manta Point at Karang Makassar, Coral Beach and Kanawa Island on the way back in. It is a snorkelling and trekking route — there is no dive equipment on board — and the park entrance and ranger fees are paid separately from the fare.

    Lombok

    The Lombok leg is sold in both directions: four days and three nights westbound into Labuan Bajo, five days and four nights eastbound out of it. This is the product the deck fare mainly serves, and it is why the boat appears on backpacker route lists between Lombok and Flores rather than only on Komodo charter pages.

    Sumbawa

    Between Lombok and the national park the crossing passes through Sumbawa waters, stopping at Saleh Bay for whale sharks around the bagan fishing platforms and at Moyo Island. Both are day stops on the passage rather than a separate itinerary, and whale shark sightings are never guaranteed.
