Komodo National Park out of Labuan Bajo, sold as leisure charters of one to six nights or diving charters with a two-night minimum. Pick-up runs eight to ten in the morning. The leisure route covers Kelor, Manjarite and the Kalong sunset on day one; Padar at first light, Pink Beach, the Komodo Island dragon trek, Taka Makassar and Manta Point on day two; a final snorkel at Kanawa or Sebayur before returning to port. Diving itineraries run three to four dives a day from the main-deck dive area. About This Vessel
Cordelia is a 33-metre ironwood phinisi built in 2018, with a watermaker rated at 5,000 litres a day. The published leisure rate card extends to seven days and six nights.
Five guest cabins, twelve guests as standard and fourteen with extra beds, all air-conditioned with ensuite bathrooms and hot showers. The crew have their own cabin with its own bathroom rather than sleeping in shared space, which is worth noting on a boat this size.
She is a proper dive platform. There is an air compressor on board, a spacious diving area on the main deck, and maintained dive equipment, with diving packages running three to four dives a day including tanks and weight belt. Confirm the available dive package and equipment for your departure.
Equipment is unusually well documented: Garmin 850 GPS with fish finder, marine radio with distress signals, VHF, two life rafts rated at twenty people each, two dinghies each taking nine guests on Yamaha 40 hp engines, fire extinguishers, handheld radios, a megaphone and refrigerators. She runs a single Mitsubishi 8DC11 with two 120 PS gensets.
Soft drinks are free-flow alongside water, tea and coffee. Daily housekeeping, beach towels, two kayaks and a paddleboard come with the fare, and there is a large sundeck with bean bags plus a separate shade deck.
